This form-fitting short dress is cinched at the waist by a metallic belt wrapped in red heart accents. She used the same belt and wrapped it around her wrist for a bracelet. Quirky idea, isn’t it? She pulled the look together by walking down the catwalk in patent leather pumps and a black ring.
